Hi, I’m Arabella, and I’m glad you found your way here.
Maybe you’ve been carrying things that feel heavy: old stories, emotions that never had space, or patterns you’ve simply outgrown.
Maybe the constant demands of work and everyday life have been weighing on you. Or maybe you can feel that the next stage of your personal or professional growth is asking for more awareness, clarity, and truth.
A lot of this shows up in the body long before the mind understands it – as tension, restlessness, or a quiet feeling that something is off. And when we look only outward for answers, we lose touch with something essential: our own inner compass.
My work helps you return to that place.
Together, we release what you’ve been carrying for too long and steady the ground beneath you – so you can move through your life, and the world around you, with resilience, inner peace, and a genuine sense of joy.
Self-love is the basis for everything and, therefore, serves as the foundation for self-confidence. Developing self-love is essential to ending internal conflict and making the most of the many opportunities in our lives. How can we love someone else and be open to love without loving ourselves and knowing how to do it?
Confidence can be learned; it is possible. What is impossible is to go through life without making mistakes. Yet, the fear of inner and outer judgment and criticism prevents us from developing true self-confidence. True confidence (not arrogance) means that we can trust ourselves, regardless of whether recognition and acceptance come from the outside or not.
One of my clients’ top priorities is freedom and security. But this is only possible if we take off our chains of anger, fear, addiction, shame, guilt, and excessive desire for money/status, as well as the toxic need for love and acceptance, and take responsibility for ourselves and our own development.
Regardless of your external responsibilities, whether professional or personal, it is ultimately your inner world that determines how calm, free and connected you feel.
That’s why I focus on three key areas: self-love, self-confidence, and empowerment. These pillars create the conditions that allow you to step out of your own way and begin living in a way that strengthens you in the long run.
Often, we only notice later that something inside us has slipped out of balance. This becomes apparent when our bodies start to speak louder, when relationships don’t flow as easily as they once did, or when we sense that we’ve drifted away from ourselves.
These moments aren’t mistakes – they’re invitations. They are signs that something within us is ready to be seen.
My intention is to help you reconnect with that part of yourself that makes you feel grounded and safe, whatever life throws at you.
It is from this place that inner calm and trust grow, carrying you through every phase of your journey and I’m here to support you as you find your way back to that inner sanctuary.
Just as a lotus flower blooms only by rising through the mud, we return to our wholeness when we’re willing to move through our own chaos.
I’ve always been curious about the deeper meaning of life. In 2017, however, that curiosity became personal when I lost my best friend. That moment opened something inside me – and was followed by a growing disconnection from myself. It took time before I was ready to begin the journey inward, but eventually, that grief led me to energy healing – a path that helped rebuild trust in myself, and in life.
While traditional therapy was helpful, it couldn’t reach the deeper layers of why I felt the way I did. I needed a different approach – a way to shift the narrative within and reconnect with the essence of who I was, beyond all the stories. Working with Universal Energy allowed me to transmute pain, soften old beliefs, and find connection again – with people, places, and the quiet knowing that we are always exactly where we’re meant to be.
Growing up without a male role model shaped a certain kind of sensitivity and awareness. At the core of that absence were grief and anger – but over time, it revealed something else: the opportunity to release burdens that didn’t begin with me. What once felt like a wound became a turning point. His absence cracked something open that turned out to be a doorway into a deeper kind of freedom.
Before finding my way into healing work, I spent several years in media and journalism – always drawn to the stories people carry. Later, I transitioned into PR and events in the music and fitness industries, working closely with artists and public figures. These fast-paced environments taught me a lot about performance, pressure, and the quiet longing for something more real underneath it all.
Today, I bring all of that into my work – a grounded, intuitive approach that supports seekers, feelers, and those who sense it’s time to leave something behind. I work with people from all walks of life who feel there’s more to discover – and who are ready to meet themselves in a new way.
…Because the world doesn’t need more perfect people.
It needs more present ones.
