The Rising Star represents the nourishing energy of the sun. It directs energy precisely to where your system needs it most, gently raising the vibration of the human energy field. Working with the five elements — fire, water, air, earth, and ether — this healing system supports a natural rebalancing and restoration of your entire being, reaching down to a cellular level.
A single session can allow your system to hold more life force energy and activate its innate ability to realign and release. The effects of the work continue beyond the session, supporting integration over a period of up to 21 days.
Because of the depth of this work, Rising Star is often experienced as a series of three sessions, ideally spaced 21 days apart, to support deeper and more sustainable transformation across physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual levels.

Process & Integration
Process & Integration
The session lasts approximately 45 minutes and takes place online or in person. You lie down or sit comfortably, allowing yourself to settle and come to rest. Many people experience a deep state of relaxation during this time, which allows the system to open and gently set inner processes in motion.
After the session, you receive a guidance sheet for the integration phase. It supports you in becoming more aware of the days that follow, noticing changes, and relating to yourself with greater attentiveness, giving your system the space it needs for processing and stabilization.
For deeper support, three sessions spaced 21 days apart are recommended. Each session builds upon the previous one while remaining complete in itself. What feels right for you in the moment is always your choice.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please inform me at the time of booking. Maternity body treatments can be safely enjoyed from the 14th week of pregnancy onwards. For your safety, I am unable to offer treatments before then.

The effect of the work is independent of location — you are simply invited to receive.
For in-person sessions, I take a little more time, which is reflected in the price.
